China International Lake Management and Technology & Equipment Exhibition will be held concurrently with 13th World Lake Conference this November. The exhibition showcases China's achievements in lake management and involves exhibits from NGOs worldwide and enterprises from Japan, Europe and North America.

The 13th World Lake Conference in Wuhan will take place from November 1 to November 5. The event will be held at the Wuhan International Convention & Exhibition Centre in Wuhan, China.
Wuhan International Convention & Exhibition Center has a total building area of 127,000m2, and is one of the largest center for exhibitions and conferences in China .The exhibition center with a total area of 50,000m2can provide 2,800 international standard booths, and the conference center with a total area of 15,000 m2 houses over 40 meeting room of various styles and scales for conferences, banquets, lectures, VIP services and press release, etc. It also has a 54,000 m2 plaza and is connected to Zhongshan Park to form the largest plaza in Wuhan.
The center is the perfect place for exhibition, convention, and business negotiation. It is an emblem of modernization, and an information exchange center of polities, economy, culture, science & technology, and trades in Wuhan, ideal for holding international and domestic exhibitions, conferences, activities and foreign guests’ receptions.

Welcome Desk
A Welcome desk will be located at the CONFERENCE VENUE. Participants should register for the conference at these counters and collect the conference materials on November 1, 2009.

Language
The official language of the 13th World Lake Conference is English and Mandarin, which will be used for all presentations and printed materials. Simultaneous interpretation to English, Mandarin and Japanese will be available.
Visa Information
Participants requiring a visa for entry into China are strongly advised to make their application in their home country at least a month before the intended date of travel. Please contact your nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate or your travel agency for more information. Those who do not fly directly to China should note that you may need a transit visa for some countries in order to continue your travel to China.
If a letter of invitation is needed for the visa application, the secretariat can send this upon request after you have registered and proceed with payment for the World Lake Conference. The letter of invitation does not represent a commitment on the part of the Organizers to provide financial support.
