EXHIBITION

China International Lake Management and Technology & Equipment Exhibition will be held concurrently with 13th World Lake Conference this November. World Lake Conference Secretariat


The Conference Secretariat will provide all necessary information related to the 13th World Lake C onference and is responsible for all financial arrangement s including air ticket reimbursement. The Secretariat is also in charge of the distribution of conference documents, speech transcripts, biographies of speakers and information on conference sponsors. To support environmental protection efforts, the 13th World Lake Conference will attempt to reduce the production of documents. As such, a limited quantity of documents will be produced and circulated at the conference . D elegates can get access to all documents at www.chinalakes.org . Internet access is available at Internet Cafés located on the first floor of the International Convention Centre. You can also obtain the documents at the WLC Secretariat.

The WLC provides all necessary facilities such as internet access, fax, copy machine and printing machine . Refreshments will also be provided. P ress offices are found in both press centers .

Transportation


Shuttle buses will be provided for delegates, journalists, and staffs between hotels and the International Convention Centre and all other conference venues . Shuttle schedules will be posted on the transportation notice board at hotel lobbies. Badges are requested for using the shuttle services. If privacy is preferred, delegates can contact the hotel reception desk or concierge for t ransportation services provided by hotels for a charge.

Working Languages of the Conference
Simultaneous interpretation will be available in Chinese ( C hannel 1) and English ( C hannel 2) during all sessions.
