Onsite Registration

The Conference Reception Center is located on the 1st floor of Wu han International Convention Center, which offers on-site registration services.

 

Participants will get their delegate pass and hotel details upon producing your confirmation letter , passport or business car d . All conference materials will be found in your hotel room. The Conference Reception Center is open from 09:00 to 24:00 from November 1 , 2009 onwards .

 

 

Accompanying Persons

At the request of the Security Unit , accompanying persons will not be able to access the Conference Center unless a valid pass is produced . Please ensure that accompanying persons who wants to attend the conference, including spouses, aides, or drivers, are registered in advance. The Conference Center Secretariat w ill not be able to provide any assistance in case s access denial.

 

 

Hotel Accommodation

The Conference Secretariat will book rooms for all registered delegates in advance with all cost s covered by delegates themselves. The allocation of hotel rooms will be based on a first come first serve basis, according to the date of registration for the conference . Due to limited availability of rooms, we may not be able to meet all accommodation requirements. The room allocation plan will only be finalized at the end of September of 2009.
