Accommodation
The secretariat can assist you in booking your accommodation through the Hotel Reservation Form
Shutter transfers will be arranged from designated hotels to the conference venue. To ensure that your reservation is received and processed in a timely fashion, please send the completed application form to william.miao@chinalakes.org and by fax to 86-10-65221922.
An acknowledgement of your reservation will be sent by Mr. William Miao upon receipt. After which, you will receive a reservation confirmation from the hotel of your choice within the next 1 to 2 weeks. Relevant documents required to confirm your reservation will reach you via email.
A limited number of hotel rooms have been reserved and the secretariat will operate on a “first come – first serve” basis with incoming requests. You are advised to register at your earliest convenience. If a preferred hotel is fully booked, the secretariat reserves the right to book another alternative.

Hotel Inquiries and Cancellation
Any inquiries or special requests for additional information, changes or cancellations of room reservations are to e addressed directly to Mr. William Miao. For cancellations made one week before check-in date, deposit for the first night will be charged. Hotel deposits will not be refunded for cancellations made after that period.
