Registration Fees
The full Conference Fee entitles you to:

§ Conference package – conference bag, collection of abstracts, CD of proceedings, daily programme, writing pad and pen, souvenir, tourist guidebook
§ Conference refreshments and lunch
§ Welcome reception and banquet
§ Mid-conference excursion
§ Shutter transfers from hotel to conference venue
Accompany Persons’ Fee
Accompanying person is limited to spouse or family member. The accompanying persons’ fee entitles you to:
